We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Gareth Davies as our new Head of Operations at ORIX New Zealand.

Having previously led operations for a tech company, Gareth played a pivotal role in strategic direction, spearheaded cross-functional teams, and drove growth initiatives that delivered exceptional results. His global experience spans across procurement, customer negotiations, market entries, and acquisitions, giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective that he’s eager to bring to ORIX.

As the new leader of the Operations team, Gareth is excited to help develop and support the team, empowering them to perform at their best while always prioritizing the needs of our customers. Gareth is also eager to contribute to and be a part of the positive, dynamic culture at ORIX NZ.

On a personal note, Gareth is a proud father to his son and enjoys making time for his passions, which include long-distance running and home brewing. He has completed an impressive 34 marathons, 5 100-mile races, and 4 other ultra-marathons.
