We calculate a fixed monthly lease rate based on the length of the term, the projected kilometres it will travel each year, and the residual value, the estimated value of the vehicle at the end of the lease. ORIX assumes the residual value risk on the vehicle.

You can ask ORIX to manage all of the administration associated with operating fleet vehicles. Choose to include the costs of these services in your monthly lease rate or have them on-charged if and when they occur.

Finance Leases can be tailored to you, with monthly payments based on a pre-agreed residual value and the option to include an advanced rental if desired.

At the end of a Finance Lease, if the vehicle sells for more than the agreed residual value, we'll pay you the difference, and if it sells for less, you'll pay us.

Like an Operating Lease, you may make an offer to extend the lease term or purchase the vehicle at lease end (both at ORIX's discretion) and there is also an option to include additional fleet management services to your lease.
