What are my options?

Operating Lease

ORIX purchases your new vehicle(s) for you and retains ownership during the course of the lease.

ORIX assumes the risk on the vehicle and calculates a fixed monthly lease rate based on the length of the term, the projected kilometers it will travel each year, and the residual value - the estimated value of the vehicle at the end of the lease.

You can ask ORIX to manage all of the administration associated with operating fleet vehicles. Choose to include the costs of these services in your monthly lease rate or have them on-charged if and when they occur.

Finance Lease

ORIX funds the purchase of your new vehicle(s) on your behalf, but you assume the risk as the owner.

ORIX finances the vehicle and structures a lease agreement to suit your needs. The residual value is your responsibility but you have the option to purchase the vehicle at the end of the term.

ORIX can manage the vehicle for you and the fixed monthly payments include installments towards paying the vehicle off.

At the end of the term refinance the vehicle to extend the lease, sell or trade the vehicle in to start again, or complete the purchase with a balloon payment.
